Research Interests
The main research focus of Markus Drechsler is transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and related preparation techniques for soft matter und hybrid systems with emphasis on cryogenic methods (cryo-TEM, Freeze Fracture and Freeze Etching techniques). A further focus lies in electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS).
