Die Eigenschaften von strukturierten Polymeren und Kolloiden gehören zu den Forschungsschwerpunkten der AG von Prof. Dr. Retsch.

Speziell interessieren wir uns für:

  • Kolloidales Self-Assembly:
    Partikelsynthese, Selbstanordnung in 2D und 3D, PhoXonische Kristalle
  • Plasmonische Nanostrukturen:
    Partikellithographie, hexagonale, periodische Arrays, Lochmasken, Anwendung in Photovoltaik, Plasmonhybridisierung
  • Template-gesteuerte Strukturen:
    Inverse Opale, poröse Materialien, Silica-Hohlkugeln
  • Wärmetransport in Mesoskopischen Systemen:
    Wärmetransport in dünnen Filmen, Hybridsysteme, Methodenentwicklung, Einfluss von Phasengrenzen und Phasenübergängen, gerichteter und anisotroper Transport
  • Nanophotonik
    Nanostrukturierung dielektrischer Materialien, Emission, Absorption und Streuung im mittleren IR Bereich
